In May 2008, Anderson University (SC) sponsored a unique program that has been designed to help English teachers in countries where English is not the primary language, how to better teach English.
Twenty teachers from Jakarta attended the Anderson University session. With the cooperation and coordination of Friendship Force International, FFOLH was given the extraordinary opportunity to participate in this first-ever event by hosting for a week. In addition to sightseeing, visits were scheduled to the local elementary and high schools.
It was an amazing experience for our club. We have a much better understanding of our new friends and know they feel the same.
